Available mains supply — filters the charger; all dischargers are single-phase In the Americas, 208 V is taken between two phases of a 208Y/120 network and 240 V between the two lines of a 120/240 service: in both cases the unit receives two wires and a single AC voltage, so it is connected as single-phase, not as two-phase.

03 · Factory options of the unit

How it selects: the charger must reach the end-of-charge voltage (charge V/cell × number of cells) while delivering the requested current across the whole of that voltage band; the discharger must withstand the fully charged battery voltage and hold the requested current down to the cut-off voltage, which is the worst-case point. Currents are taken from the manufacturers' tables per voltage band and, in the power-limited families (MMF, XMV.M, XMV.H and BLU-D), they are further limited by I = kW / V.
